Yudha Kusuma Putera, known as Fehung, is a visual artist who lives and works in Yogyakarta. In 2011, he joined art collective Mes 56, which focuses on the development of the photographic medium in the realm of contemporary art. Fehung often uses photography as his medium to create collaborative and performative works. Rendered with intensity and intimacy, the themes that appear in Fehung's work are based on relationships between humans—living space, neighbors, children and family. For Fehung the process of negotiating and building a conversation is an - important process besides the photography work itself. In recent years,- Fehung has focused on the develop - ment of works that are cross-disciplinary, and tend to be experimental.
